Internal Medicine
Internal medicine is the provision of general medical care to adult patients.
We provide primary care to adults. We diagnose and treat acute medical afflictions and manage chronic medical conditions including diabetes and hypertension. We also practice preventive care to keep our patients healthy. In addition to examining patients, ordering tests, and prescribing medications and other treatments, we also utilize outside healthcare resources to procure more specialized medical care for our patients. We strive to give the best care that our patients deserve.
Geriatric Medicine
Geriatric medicine addresses medical conditions that are more common in elderly patients.
Our physician has fellowship training in geriatric medicine. We understand the unique medical services elderly patients need. We have practiced geriatric medicine in outpatient, hospital, and nursing facility settings and from our work, our geriatric patients appreciate the service we provide them. We address all major healthcare issues and facilitate access to care which can be a hurdle for geriatrics patients. This includes transportation, health insurance, support environment, and other social factors. Our compassion for our patients drives us to provide comprehensive care.
Wound Care Medicine
Wound care medicine revolves around the management of non-healing wounds and ulcers. Non-healing wounds are those that stem from trauma or surgery and ulcers stem from medical conditions such as diabetes, peripheral vascular disease, and venous insufficiency.
Our staff has specialized training and certification in wound care along with extensive expertise in providing advanced wound care to patients with complex wounds. We prescribe topical dressings, perform debridements, and refer for testing and surgical consults for more advanced wounds. We prevent and treat complications from wounds and manage medical conditions that complicate wound healing.
We treat ALL wounds including:
